By The Sea Port Douglas- RATES / BOOKINGS

Before booking please ensure you are aware of the following:

Please be aware that there are quite a few stairs to the first and second floors.
If you stay more than seven days , we do clean your apartment every fifth day. We also provide the extra option of a sheet change daily ($10 per bed) or daily room service ($25 per day)
We change towels as frequently as you require free of charge. We also do the same with beach towels.
Check in time is 13.30pm and Check out is 10 am, but if possible we will allow you to move in earlier and leave later, when ever possible.

30 days before date of booking........... just a fee to have covered our admin costs up to that time ($70), though we will refund this to you if you come and stay with us in the future
8 - 29 days before date of booking ......... a fee equivalent to one day accommodation charge
1-7 days, Full payment is taken, so please ensure you have travel insurance

UNDER NEW AND FRIENDLY MANAGEMENT

Like all resorts in Port Douglas, our prices vary according to season (the peak season being mid June – end of October).

However, we guarantee, whatever the time of year, you will find our prices wickedly good value, especially if you book with us directly.

Please have a look through the apartment types and choose your preferred option. Then click on the Booking button, put in your required date and press enter and availability will show.

To secure a booking we need your credit card details (although we do not take payment until you arrive). You can either phone us or use the booking form opposite. We will send you a confirmation E mail and very much look forward to the pleasure of your company. We promise you a great holiday at our lovely resort.

NB: please ensure you are aware of the conditions and cancellation policy – see opposite before booking and note that payment made by credit card will attract a 2% processing fee.
