	A booking minimum of 3 consecutive nights is required for all ahead bookings
	Ahead bookings of less than 3 nights incur a 10% surcharge
	Prices are for ‘room only’, but includes daily towel change.
	All rooms are ‘non-smoking'.
	Daily Maid Service is available optionally and payable at the reception.
	All apartments are self-catering with kitchenette (hot plates, microwave, bar-refrigerator, sink, cutlery & crockery, toaster, kettle, pots & pan)
	Children under 6 years are not catered for.
	Adult rates apply for children occupying beds.
	To firm up a booking it is essential to receive your valid credit card details (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX), with number, expiry date and security number. Your account will not be debited before your arrival unless a no-show situation or an administration/cancellation fee has become applicable.
	Defined details of your intended booking dates are required for enquiries and reservations.
	Ensure you are able to handle your luggage over stairs. There is no lift and porterage is not available.
	Check-In time 13:30 pm (earlier if apartment has been serviced).
	Check-Out time 10:00 am (by prior arrangement, luggage may be stored on premises as directed).

	All cancellations must be received in writing and incur an administration fee of AU$85-00.
	Cancellations between 30 and 8 days prior to occupancy, incur a two night’s cancellation fee.
	No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to occupancy, on day of occupancy, or after arrival.
	More than two changes to an already confirmed booking incurs an AU$35-00 amendment fee.
	The Cancellation fee less administration fee, may be refunded when re-booking within 12 months.
	All fees will be charged to your credit card.
