James is a senior architect with 14 years of building industry experience, including eight years designing and delivering aquatic, community and sports facilities at a range of scales. His background in architecture and town planning gives him a broad understanding of technical design and planning requirements, ensuring well-integrated outcomes that respond to regulatory frameworks, site conditions, and community needs.
James has worked closely with local councils, stakeholders, and communities to shape functional and enduring public spaces. His experience spans all phases including feasibility assessments, master planning, design documentation, & construction.
With three years as a qualified town planner, James has a strong understanding of planning frameworks and development approvals. This expertise informs his architectural work, allowing him to balance design outcomes with practical considerations, creating adaptable and efficient spaces that support long-term community use.
